Sharpening Service

All knives are sharpened on whetstone by hand, for a gentle sharpening and precise edge, removing the minimum material necessary for an ultra sharp blade. This method is ideal for Japanese and western style knives, and all stainless steel blades, extending their usable life.

We lend Japanese knives while sharpening your knives!
Free knife collection / delivery within Camberwell and surrounding suburbs! Contact us to drop off your knives or ship them to us.

Price list

$10 for short blades (<12cm) and shears
$15 for medium blades (12 to 17cm), robot coupe blades
$20 for long blades (17cm to 22cm)
$25 for very long blades (>22cm)
$15 extra per knife to repair large chips, broken tips, bolster lifting or blade reshaping
